At Pathfinder, You’re Family
Quality pediatric cares relies on a strong team of pediatric nurses. When you choose Pathfinder Pediatrics as your support base, you’re joining a team committed to strengthening your distinct skills. We don’t depend on committees to make decisions or approve every single step of your therapy approach. At Pathfinder, your opinions matter.
As a new member of our family, you’ll get to work with pediatric professionals with varied experience. From seasoned nurses to new graduates, our team considers it a privilege to enhance the skills of each individual member.
Why Choose a Career With Us?
As a family-owned business, we consider our employees our extended family and it shows in the strong tenure among our employees. Many of our clinicians have been with us for more than ten years as they develop their clinical expertise. Hear how past employees have described their experience at Pathfinder Pediatrics:
I love working for a family owned company.
I like being able to set my own schedule and caseload.
The office staff is so supportive of what we do in the field.
Flexible Training Opportunities
By joining our team, you’ll receive instant access to our flexible programs. Whether you are looking for a full time caseload or something less intensive, Pathfinder has a program that will work for you.
Curious about Pediatric Therapy? Think Home Health might be right for you? Come witness a child’s path to physical and social independence by experiencing one of our therapy sessions in-person. By taking advantage of our Ride-Along Program, you can get an inside look into the services that we provide. Whether it’s just one visit or an entire afternoon, our skilled team members will be able to show you first-hand what the world of home therapy is all about.
We’re proud to be able to partner with new graduates and therapists who are new to Pediatrics or Home Health. Our Mentor Program is designed for graduate members who need to spend a minimum of four weeks with a mentor by their side. Members with previous experience may be able to shorten the minimum requirement to meet their needs as agreed upon with management of the clinical staff. At the completion of the four week mentor program you will begin a gradual transition to your own case load.
Through the mentor program you will learn techniques specific to pediatrics, time management skills, how to manage schedules, effective ways to interact with families and caregivers, as well as company policies, procedures, and software systems.
As a member of our growing family, we want the best for you, both professionally and personally. By joining Pathfinder, you’ll have access to a number of comprehensive benefits including, but not limited to:
