A Step-by-Step Guide to Our Private Duty Nursing

STEP ONE

One of our nurse supervisors will visit your home for an initial assessment and to fill out all necessary paperwork needed to proceed.

STEP TWO

After the initial assessment, your nurse will arrive at your home to provide hourly care and communicate with your physician. You’ll be assisted with medical care needs and learn how to care for your child.

STEP THREE

Your Private Duty Nurse will document the care process as needed to provide you with notes on the care your child receives. You’ll then be asked to sign off on these notes.

STEP FOUR

You’ll receive a detailed nursing schedule with your nurse’s names and shifts assigned from one of our office representatives.
