We pride ourselves on working with experienced professionals and new graduates alike to develop and enhance the skills of every member of our therapy team. Our employees love the flexibility that our program offers. Whether you are looking for a full time caseload or something less intensive, Pathfinder has a program that will work for you.
We are always interested in hearing from therapists interested in joining our team or learning more about providing pediatric services.
As a family owned business, we consider our employees our extended family and it shows in the strong tenure among our employees. Many of our therapists have been with us for ten or more years. Here are just a few reasons they gave for continuing to choose Pathfinder Pediatric Home Care:
“I love working for a family owned company.”
“I like being able to set my own schedule and caseload.”
“The office staff is so supportive of what we do in the field.”
We want you to feel like you are part of our family. That is why we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package:
Curious about Pediatric Therapy? Think Home Health might be right for you? Come witness the Path to physical and social independence. We’ll offer to send you out with one of our experienced staff members to see first-hand what the world of home therapy is all about. Make one visit or spend the afternoon. The Mentor Program is required for new graduates and optional for therapists who are new to Pediatrics and/or Home Health. Each new graduate member for the mentor program is required to spend a minimum of four weeks with their mentor co-treating one on one. Members with previous experience may be able to shorten the minimum requirement to meet their needs as agreed upon with management of the clinical staff. At the completion of the four week mentor program you will begin a gradual transition to your own case load.
Through the mentor program you will learn techniques specific to pediatrics, time management skills, how to manage schedules, effective ways to interact with families and caregivers, as well as company policies, procedures, and software systems.
