We have upgraded to a new mail system!


You will need to call support to get your new password at 281-364-9695.


Once you get your new password, you can:

Note: You can change your password from within the Webmail.


You will also need to change the mail settings on your computer and mobile devices using the information below:

Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Microsoft Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature. Note: When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., myusername@pathfinderpediatrics.com).

Full list of ports: http://www.rackspace.com/apps/support/portal/4266/941/943/1088 If you have contacts or calendars in your old webmail, you'll need to export them and then import them into the new webmail as described below: CONTACTS:
  1. Log in to the old webmail and click this button under Contacts: export
  2. Choose Outlook 2003 and click Export: export-screen
  3. Save the file to your computer: export-save-screen
  4. Log in to the new webmail and click: import-contacts
  5. Browse and select the file, then click Continue: import-contacts-screen.jplg
  6. Map the fields as shown below: import-contacts-fieldmap
  7. Click OK: import-contacts-complete
  1. Log in to the old webmail and under Calendar, click this icon: export-cal
  2. Click the Export iCal button: export-cal-screen
  3. The new webmail only imports CSV, so you'll need to convert the ICS to CSV by first importing it into either Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird with Lightning Extension and then exporting it to CSV.  Then importing the CSV into the new webmail.
  4. Log in to the new webmail and under Calendar, click this button: import-events
  5. Browse and select the file, then click Import: import-events-2
